By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10050 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The 10050 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register with false information or attempt to circumvent this age restriction will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 10050. Acceptance does not require a written signature — simply logging in or using the platform is considered full acceptance of these terms.
When registering an account on 10050, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account — multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 10050 will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep this information secure. 10050 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and within permitted boundaries. Specific prohibited actions include:
Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of associated balances, and legal action where applicable.
All financial transactions on the 10050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests where ownership cannot be verified may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Processing times depend on the chosen method and current system workload.
All bonuses and promotions credited to your account may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are detailed separately in the relevant promotion terms and should be read alongside this document.
10050 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or betting decisions made based on information on the platform. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, which is borne solely by the user.
All content on the 10050 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 10050 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing any of this content without prior written permission from management.
The 10050 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. 10050 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
10050 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, multiple account usage, money laundering, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to fraud or serious breaches, account balances may be forfeited without compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 10050 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closures will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and withdrawal conditions have been met.
10050 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 10050 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
